Terms of Service for LeadVision Craft

Welcome to LeadVision Craft. These terms govern your use of our visionary leadership crafting services, information products, and goods on leadviscraft.digital. Effective as of 2025.

1. Services

Our visionary leadership crafting services include personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and strategy planning. Scheduling occurs upon agreement. Services may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the start with no penalty.

Service fees are fully non-refundable due to allocation of expert time, preparation, and exclusive resource reservation. However, clients may request a change of date or time via contact.html if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

2. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, video modules, and templates. All access is granted immediately upon purchase. Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed and no download log indicates further usage. To initiate, submit a request via contact.html. Approved requests are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

3. Goods

Goods include physical workbooks, printed manuals, and branded materials. Clients may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. To proceed, contact us via contact.html. Once items are received at our address, we process the reimbursement within 14 days using the original payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Requests for refunds or adjustments must be made via our form at contact.html or by calling +14166625960. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. Clients may also request a schedule change as set out above.

5. Rescheduling

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time at no extra charge. Late requests may be subject to availability and additional scheduling fees.
